We recently completed a main floor renovation which included the kitchen, stairs, powder room and removing a wall. Since we've never done such a big project on this scale before we did some research and received multiple quotes before deciding on RenoDuck based on their reviews and overall customer experience. Thank you for all the amazing hard work during this renovation. Everyone from the office staff to the guys carrying out the construction showed great professionalism and care. We are very pleased with the outcome and are extremely happy with how it all turned out!

We recently renovated two bathrooms in our home — our upstairs bathroom and our master ensuite — and chose RenoDuck based on their online reviews. Since we’re not familiar with the renovation industry, we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were 100% thrilled with the entire process!
The staff were incredible — we interacted with about 10–12 different people across various departments, and every single one of them was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were precise with timelines, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what they promised.
Overall, we’re beyond happy with the results and would absolutely recommend RenoDuck to anyone looking for a turnkey renovation experience.

Reno Duck and their team did an amazing job on our basement. We're equally happy you guys stayed on schedule actually finished before the date you anticipated. We had a few contractors for our legal basement and decided to hire RenoDuck for the project ..We made an absolutely right decision !! The job they did beautifully with exceptional quality of work and team !! Customer service is amazing with all kinds of questions , super organized and neat , No Mess At All !! The team completed the project before the deadline with great quality of work !! Even though it was a little bit pricy , but no headaches or issues which can bring you a peace of mind .. highly recommended!!!

RenoDuck did a full 2 bedroom basement apartment for us. Including a walk up and entrance and new windows. We got multiple quotes but RenoDuck no pressure, clear, detailed and well explained contract was a clear fit for our project. The work is extremely well done. We will be using RenoDuck for our next projects.

I was incredibly impressed with RenoDuck, who we hired to renovate three bathrooms (all at once!). Their pricing was not only reasonable but also clear from the start, with a pre-set basic bathroom price and then upgrades we could chose from, but even the basic package had a ton of great options in it. From the very beginning it was clear that they were following an established process, and that we'd be involved in every step. They told us up front how it would work, first this meeting, then that meeting, then make these choices, then sign this off, then the work begins, etc. etc. It was well-orchestrated, and run through a project portal that we had access to, and everything happened exactly as they said. Once the work began, there were people here working every weekday from 8 to nearly 6. They taped/covered off the floors and other areas of the house really well and did a great job of tidying up at the end of each day; then they even sent in a great cleaner in to clean up all the dust at the end. When the project ran (just a little) over the estimated time, they communicated and explained why and were very apologetic. They did an official walk-through with us at the end to make sure everything was to my liking. The workmanship is excellent, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend RenoDuck.

We like to spend a lot of time with our friends and family. I finally decided to renovate the basement, which was a really significant project for us. We had zero experience with where to even start. To be fair, we were choosing between 3 quotes, but RenoDuck showed the most professionalism and dedication to quote us and explain the process in great detail. I would say this went so seamlessly. We can’t wait to see how our bathroom upstairs turns out now.

We wanted to add a rental space. RenoDuck was not the cheapest, but the most knowledgeable. And let me tell you, we are happy with the results and the process. They use builder trend app for their management, we can see all the info and schedule there. Great experience.

Every stage of the project - initial consultation, design & construction proper - was executed at the highest professional level. Quality of workmanship is way above expectations, just plain incredible! And everything was delivered on time as initially promised - not a day wasted.

We had our basement completely renovated last fall. We are in love with it! The basement, which was storage only, has become a warm and welcoming part of our home.
Aside from a great space, I would like to commend everyone at Renoduck, from our first visitation to our consultants, the demolition and construction teams, and the final review. Everything was seamless, professional, and worry free. The workmanship was incredible and my friends are in love with our new space. But the RenoDuck team designed and built a beautiful space for us, including a full bathroom and separate laundry and utility rooms. We were fully consulted along the way, and their communication, responsiveness and organization was excellent. They dealt with the inevitable twists and turns and temporary obstacles like true professionals. We especially appreciate all the great work of Stass and Darius.

We had our kitchen done with RenoDuck. We selected them because of the reviews on Homestars, since we did not know anyone in the industry. There were 3 meetings, one of which was in their showroom. Everything looked great, pretty detailed process and everything was to the point. We did upgrade few items here and there, but now the kitchen is perfect and we are super happy.

RenoDuck made a spectacular and very practical change to the kitchen of our home. At every point of the project, their work was characterized by professionalism and carefulness. They pay attention to detail and made everything from the design to the installation as we envisioned it and even provided with valuable suggestions that helped improve the appearance of the final product. The work done is very professional all over the building construction and the central part of the process was going very fast and effectively. Did a great job redoing our bathroom. There were some minor issues along the way, most not their fault, and they got through everything efficiently and nicely. Their workers are artists. They did a great job with tile placement and baseboard installation working with the limits of our old house.

RenoDuck gutted and remodelled the sorry state of our main bathroom and the results were amazing. We went a bit high end on everything and now have a crisp, striking walk in shower, toilet, linen tower and vanity. A couple of hiccups along the way which the team presented good solutions for. I will definitely reach out for any future home renovations.

I return to share more of the nightmare I have experienced with this contractor. The 5 star reviews cannot be legitimate - feel free to reach out to me directly and I will be happy to share my experience in detail. The work they did on my basement was so negligent as to make component unusable. They added so many charges after the initial quote that the amounts owed were beyond double the basement reno quote - at this point I had paid 20% up front and felt stuck with them. Once the project was done I found error upon error in their billing (overbilling me, billing me for work that wasnt done, forgetting to remove work that was done, not counting payments that had been made). Despite paying the amounts owing in full - they kept changing the total and not making good on deficiencies. They sent me to collections for a fabricated $700 oustanding (of $120K+ paid). I was threatened with not being able to get approved for a mortgage and not being able to take loans out to send my children to university if i didnt pay. I then found out that they had taken my rented hot water tank to the scrap yard and kept the money instead of returning it to enercare and having the rental cancelled (as all contractors know to do - particularly basement specialiests) resulting me paying months of rental fees and a $113 "non return" cancellation fee. The amounts owed to enercare alone exceed the fabricated $700. Beyond that, in the last few months (6 months after the work was finished)mold has begun sprouting all over my basement (never an issue before they redid the piping and charged me $17k to "waterproof" the basement to prevent exactly this). I strongly discourage you from engaging with these men.

We had hired Reno Duck to finish my parent's basement. They did an excellent job in not only completing the project on time and within budget but also understood exactly what we invisioned.
It helped that the sales representive and in-house designer took the time to meet with us and explain the process. Over all we're extremely impressed with the work and get compliments all the time!

This was one of the best experiences by far. Reno duck is very professional, efficient and high quality performance company. My basement was started on time and finished ahead of schedule! Great communication was a big part of this whole project. Everything was done with great precision and accuracy.

My journey to renovate my ensuite bathroom and powder room commenced in early November 2023. I contacted five contractors and I decided to go with RenoDuck as their process made sense. Their quote was also reasonable. I want to thank the RenoDuck Team for making my dream spa bathroom and powder room a reality. Firstly, I thank Mark, the Consultant for taking the time to present to me RenoDuck's process. Secondly, I thank Alex, the Designer, for helping me choose the right accent blue colour for my Powder Room. I had a different shade in mind and he recommended better choices. I also thank the Crew (including Ivan and Andei -sorry I can't recall all names) for putting it all together! It was a fascinating experience to see them knock out my old dated bathrooms and renovate my spaces. I love how my spa bathroom turned out. I love that I have the option to use my vanity light which is dimmable when my eyes feels tired and not use the pot lights, which are very bright. A truly relaxing experience. I would also like to thank Jovita, the Product Coordinator, for keeping me up to date on the renovations Also, a shout out to Galina who cleaned my renovated areas and made my Hunter Douglas blinds in my bathroom look brand new! And lastly, I like to thank Darius, the Product Manager, for quickly addressing my needs and inquiries. He surely made the process less stressful. Furthermore, one of my cousins in the UK was impressed with the pictures I sent her and she said my bathrooms are "gorgeous"! I will definitely recommend RenoDuck to my friends and family.
